•    The prize draws are exclusively open to residents of the Maltese Islands aged 18 years and over. This excludes employees of Allied Group of Companies, their immediate families, their agents and anyone professionally connected with the prize draws.

 

•    To enter any particular prize draw, entrants must complete and submit the online form available. There is no correct or incorrect answer for the first question, which relates to users’ experience of the TOM Mag app or the digital edition of Sunday Circle. There is, however, a correct answer for the second question, which is about the product or the company supplying it. An incorrect answer for the second question will mean instant disqualification.

 

•    Participation is free and no purchase is necessary unless this is clearly stated on the prize page itself. Entries are restricted to one entry per person.

 

•    For each prize draw, the prize is exactly what is mentioned in the description and the terms and conditions published on the respective competition pages also apply. 

 

•    All prizes are subject to availability, non-transferrable and there are no cash alternatives.

 

•    Closing date for all competitions in this edition is 30 November, 2018. The winner of each prize draw will be contacted via the email address provided on the online form by the 7 December 2018, and required to confirm acceptance by the 13 December 2018.

 

•    The winners are randomly selected from the qualified entries on 1 December 2018. No communication will be entered into regarding the selection of the winner for the different prize draws.

 

•    Should TOM Mag be unable to contact a winner, or should a winner be unable to confirm their acceptance of the prizes within the deadline, then TOM Mag reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative entrant.

 

•    Proof of eligibility must be provided on request. If the winners cannot provide such proof to the publisher, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the publisher reserves the right to reselect the winning entry.

 

•    The winner(s) of each prize may be required to participate in publicity.

 

•    The publisher is responsible for the publication and adjudication of the prize draws only. Provision of the prize and any matters related to the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize sponsors.

 

•    Identity and contact information, such as the name and surname and postal address of the participant (“personal data”) which is provided by participants when they enter any prize draw will be processed by the publisher and their suppliers and contractors in order to administer the competition. 

 

•    Details of how to enter these prize draws form part of the terms and conditions. By entering any prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
